The Mississippi Brewers Guild (MBG) is a Mississippi non-profit organization organized to promote, protect and further, in every lawful manner, the common interests of the Members and the licensed brewing industry in Mississippi.  We are currently applying for 501 (c)(6) status. Please note that a 501(c)(6) organization is not the same as a 501(c)(3) public charity and your dues and contributions made to MBG are not deductible as charitable contributions. However, your dues and/or contributions to MBG could be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your CPA or tax advisor to determine whether your dues and/or contributions to MBG are deductible as each member’s tax situation is unique.
